I’ve struggled with mental health issues and still do to this day. I want to break the stigma around mental health. I want to get the message out to people to speak up about your struggles and to reach out for help. I’m running around Tasmania to raise funds for Stay ChatTY. Stay ChatTY delivers key messages across Australia about the importance of talking about mental health, getting help and supporting each other through tough times.
